TTPB: Did your POI told you he will be accepted but you have to wait for the official acceptance, or you do not have any idea about your status?

TTPB: Submitted near deadline, 15th of April in this year for fall 2020. POI mentioned result would come out by 15th of may. So, I guess I gotta wait.

TTPB; Did you mean northwestern* ? because no one else got any decision yet for northeastern ( for people who are still waiting atleast). who else is waiting for ALIGN results?

What a pity!! If they sent me the offer one week earlier, then their MS in CS with thesis would be a really competitive program. BUT at this point of time, I have already accepted another offer. It's painful to get offers after 4.15.

I just got this from the program after asking: We currently are anticipating starting as normal in the fall. Because of the quarter system, Northwestern starts relatively late (classes start at the end of September) and also has a lot of flexibility with ts curriculum since a given course could potentially be offered in the Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer without requiring major adjustments. Delaying the start of the quarter by a few weeks or starting the program in the winter of 2021 are the most likely fallback options for us right now. We are hoping to avoid delaying the program by a whole year, as we don't want our students to need to put off their career plans that long. As it gets closer to the Fall and the situation becomes more clear, we will keep you informed of our plans

I got an email that the decision has been updated to applyweb and got another email saying 'Offer of Admission to Computer Science Master's program...' But I won't go NU since I have already accepted other school and their tuition is over 60K per year.

From NUS (am not Singaporean). GPA~3.4, GRE335, no papers. Can hardly afford the tuition fees so will not accept this offer
