Not admitted to the Electrical and Computer Engineering daytime master's program, but offered admission into the department's Professional Master's Program (PMP) instead.

Emailed the department and got the result. Funding info will come later.

Finally got the admission email from the department, followed by an individual email from my lovely POI. Funding offer to follow in about a week. Very happy to be accepted as I wasn't able to make it to the Visit Days last week. For future international applicants: (iBT=111 with Speaking Portion of 29; several conducive conversations with POI since Nov.; no US meeting/Journal paper; no letter from American professors) it works as long as you have a strong determination and a good fit. This program does not accept a great number of international applicants each year, but it surely provides an oppotunity for you to show your competitiveness. Best of luck.

Thanks! And it's weird, I've been accepted to all of the PhD programs I applied to, so maybe they could sense that I wasn't sure about the program?

TTPB: These are my stats that you asked for. Sorry you didn't get accepted, I hope you get accepted elsewhere!

TTPB--can I get your stats? I was rejected and a little surprised

EdS program. Will likely be declining, so I hope this helps someone who has been wait listed!

Full funding offered.

For those who have received math Ph.D. offer from UW: if this is not your top choice, please decline it so that people on the waiting list could have a chance. This is my dream school. Thanks!

American // waiting for someone in AP to decline so I can get offered!!

My only rejection so far, and a somewhat surprising one. Applied with the intent to work in plasma. No interviews. Got accepted to much better plasma programs already though, so I'm not exactly hurt.
