I'm currently being recommended for admissions for MSc Geotech instead of the original Ph.D. Geotech I applied.

Checked my profile yesterday which informs me that a decision has been made and I checked again today that the decision is available. No words of funding. I hope I have won one!Wish me luck(peace)

Has anyone from Civil Engineering in for a water resources master's heard back yet??? Am I rejected at this point if I haven't heard??? I am losing my fucking mind waiting for them, April 15 is approaching and I need to respond to my other offers.

General request to all students offered admission to UC Berkeley. If you have already accepted an offer from any other university (eg MIT, UT Austin, etc.) and are not interested in UC Berkeley anymore, please reject your offer at UC Berkeley. It might help the waitlisted/other students to move up the ladder and receive admit offers. This is an earnest request to all. This actually implies to all other universities as well in general.

Has anyone heard back from their transpo PhD? Attended their visitation in Feb, but never heard back from them since. Don't really know what to expect.

To the poster below, congratulations! At the moment, I am leaning more towards UofM due to its huge alumni network and research opportunities which may be harder to find in Columbia with a small program. Also, U of M is ranked higher for civil engineering and more recognizable as a strong engineering program. Hope that helped!

Applied for direct PhD for AIS, got accepted to M.S. for Civil Engineering with $5,000 per semester. Still happy about it.

Excited, but probably going to decline for an MPA program elsewhere instead.
