What? Masters GPA:4.0, From Canada

It seems a lot of us still have to hear back from PSU. Do not count your admissions until they come, just be patient. Good luck to all!

Same query as others below. I have yet to hear back from 11 places I applied to (3 in USA, 7 in Canada, 1 in Europe). Is it too unusual?

I also have yet to hear back from Penn State. After today's round of rejection emails should I be expecting one soon or is there still hope?

finally got the rejection notification. not at all surprised, was expecting this for awhile. coming straight out of undergrad with no pubs didn't give me a great shot. gonna try again after my master's though!! congrats to all accepted

To the Penn state guy below: This status is the completion of the credentials, the website mentioned that most of the results are expected to be sent before March 15th, So, be patient and good luck! ;)

Has any heard from PSU? I've got information that "The initial phase of the admission process has been completed. Your application is now pending review by the program/plan of study admissions committee. Please be patient; you will be contacted by the program/plan of study directly when a decision has been made." Does it mean that the first round of admission has been sent out and i am on the waiting list, or that the department has checked out application materials of all applicants, and is now finding their right guy?

No word on funding.
