- Has any heard from PSU? I've got information that "The initial phase of the admission process has been completed. Your application is now pending review by the program/plan of study admissions committee. Please be patient; you will be contacted by the program/plan of study directly when a decision has been made." Does it mean that the first round of admission has been sent out and i am on the waiting list, or that the department has checked out application materials of all applicants, and is now finding their right guy?
