Is Boise State serious about planning to release decisions ON april 15? That's just rude really

IT IS APRIL 4TH BOSTON ARE YOU KIDDING ME THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE DECISIONS MADE BY NOW SO JUST LET US KNOW

Email to check portal -- not a surprise, since they sent out acceptances and waitlists months ago. Why did they wait so long? I'm not upset to not be moving to Indiana, but I'm sad that Don and Kaveh didn't like my poems

This whole process feels more and more like a f*cking scam

Pretty plain email, informed me a final decision would be made within two weeks

i'm getting really annoyed. how can they just leave people waiting for this long when we all have to make our decisions in less than 2 weeks? plus they've already notified some people who directly reached out to them that they were rejected. there's no way they haven't finalized all decisions by now. have some tact, boston

I am turning down spots at NC State and UNM--hope this is good news for someone on their waitlists. The faculty at NC State is especially warm and genuine. Good luck, all!

They waited long enough!

To the poster below: Very confusing. I got waitlisted back in early March. The email about the waitlist was very clear and un-confusing, so never any question. Also followed up about waitlist status about a week ago. Not sure what to say, but hopefully this is marginally helpful. Might be worth it to send an email and ask point blank what’s going on?

I'm 98.3% sure I am rejected, but I keep receiving positive-sounding emails from the Graduate School. I assumed these were sent to every applicant regardless of their application status, but today's included a welcome letter from the dean. When I inquired about the status of my application, I was told I would know no later than April 15th. It seems like acceptances and waitlists went out a log time ago, so I don't understand why I wasn't rejected upon inquiry. UNM is the last school I'm waiting to hear back from before I make my final decision. Does anyone have any insight?

still waiting to hear about funding.. fingers crossed. 2a/2w/1r

Form rejection. I‘m in at a funded program elsewhere but this one hurts because it felt like a good fit.

Not simply a generic email --all other rejectees apparently blind copied on same email as well.

Has anyone heard from FAU or University of New Mexico about MFA poetry results? Time is ticking and no word yet from these two...

Generic email rejection

I had to inquire as well.

Emailed them to inquire. Mentioned I have a fully funded offer elsewhere. They wrote back quickly to say I'm not on the list this year, adding that official decisions should come out by the end of the week. Bummed, but I'm still going to get an MFA! 2a/7r/0w/0p

Disappointed, but not surprised. At least I finally have all my results in. Good luck to everyone still waiting! (3a/0w/2r)
