- I'm 98.3% sure I am rejected, but I keep receiving positive-sounding emails from the Graduate School. I assumed these were sent to every applicant regardless of their application status, but today's included a welcome letter from the dean. When I inquired about the status of my application, I was told I would know no later than April 15th. It seems like acceptances and waitlists went out a log time ago, so I don't understand why I wasn't rejected upon inquiry. UNM is the last school I'm waiting to hear back from before I make my final decision. Does anyone have any insight?
