No GRE, IELTS, 3 LOR's, 4.5 years of professional experience

Do not have any emails to inform the results. Check the portal and receive a short sentence for rejection. Feel that the university lacks respects for applicants.

Four years UG research, two pubs one first author

Email from chair of grad admissions committee saying than an official offer letter would be coming in the next couple weeks

No interview, got an email from a professor a couple weeks prior basically letting me know I got in and would get official notice soon, got an email to check my application portal.

Received the admittance letter yesterday.

Admitted without interview. Chem GPA is a 3.75 with a previous BA that brought my cumulative GPA down. 1 year of undergrad research part time, 2 years of tutoring (high utilization stats DEFINITELY helped), 3 years administrative work. 1 research-based LOR, 1 academic LOR, and 2 LORs from supervisors, all strong. No publications but I'm completing an undergrad thesis. 1 internal research grant and 2 upcoming research conferences. I didn't reach out to professors in advance.
