Chem GPA is a 3.75 with a previous BA that brought my cumulative GPA down. 1 year of undergrad research part time, 2 years of tutoring (high utilization stats DEFINITELY helped), 3 years administrative work. 1 research-based LOR, 1 academic LOR, and 2 LORs from supervisors, all strong. No publications but I'm completing an undergrad thesis. 1 internal research grant and 2 upcoming research conferences. I didn't reach out to professors in advance.
