Email to check admissions decision, linked to rejection letter on website.

Was asked to email all pending by the director of a program I got accepted into (so I could let them know my decision asap). So, I did. Always sucks to be rejected but have two offers with full funding who seem to really want me , so... "Our committee has sent out its initial offers of admission and a short list of waitlist letters. However, they have not completely closed their deliberations, so rejection letters have not gone out. This has been an unusual year in terms of numbers and strength of applicants, so they are unsure how deep into the pool they will need to go. If we have any news for you, we will send it as soon as we possibly can, but will understand if you have other offers and need to make decisions earlier."

Email stated I check for a status update on the portal. Pretty generic rejection letter

Thisbe Nissen said I'm high on the list for funding; not sure if I'll accept as I have a fully funded offer elsewhere

Email to check the portal. They say that the waitlist is small and select, but that they can't provide any specific information. We'll see.

A bit sad about this considering the large class size 0a/1w/5r/1p

email to check portal for posted letter. said they can't give any information about place on waitlist.

Email to check portal. I've heard there's usually a slew of waitlist acceptances come decision time so fingers crossed! 2a/1w/3r/3p

Accepted via email, which mentioned that the possibility of notification via portal, but I didn't see any change in the portal.

Waitlisted at FAU! I'm so excited to still be in the running. This is my top choice so if anyone isn't going to FAU and has been accepted, please please let them know! :)

Accepted off waitlist :D

Hey Guys, I was wondering what you think about the SIUC program? Has anyone heard back from them? Is it a good program?
