Was waitlisted in February. Got an email this morning to check my portal. Lo and behold, I saw confetti and deceased.

Accepted off the waitlist! This university is 8 hours from my home. Still waitlisted at some in-state schools. Will be accepting though!

I've not been waitlisted- Still have not heard from JSU. Last week, I inquired about decisions and was informed they would have results by 4-15-21. I sent an email yesterday, still no response and no results.

I also had an interview in early February and have emailed twice and have not heard anything from them. I need to make a decision soon and really hope to hear from them ASAP. Does anyone have any advice, is it bad if I call them?

4.0 GPA Post Bacc, 3.7 undergrad, solid GRE scores in both verbal and quant. Experience shadowing SLP for 1 year. Very disappointed, but happy for everyone who was accepted!

not waitlist- TTPB: when did you submit your app? did you ever receive the email "you application has been forwarded to your intended program blah blah blah"? i am SO confused how they are doing things!!! it seems like there is not a streamlined process it's kind of just random

Received a rejection email at a weird 12:54am

This is absolutely disappointing and it shows how little faith they have in their own undergraduate students. High GPA, research experience, flooded myself in extracurricular activities, a good job, and that was not good enough for a school has said multiple times they focus on extra curricular activities more than a GPA. I think less expensive schools are becoming more "competitive" because of the pricing not because of their program which honestly is not a good sign for the future because this will cause economic disparities for future students.

I was initially waitlisted. I received an email today offering acceptance to the program. I'm super excited as this was my top choice.

Tons of relevant experience: after school program director for 6 years, 4+ years of RBT experience in clinic/home/school settings, volunteered several times within the major, and took a couple years off after undergrad. I really believe they look at your application holistically and can weed out people applying just for the sake of applying or bc that's the typical thing to do.... bc that was me the first time around. And I was rejected everywhere lol Good luck to everyone this cycle!

So far, I have not heard anything from UCF. Does anyone know anything or who to contact to find out information?
