- Tons of relevant experience: after school program director for 6 years, 4+ years of RBT experience in clinic/home/school settings, volunteered several times within the major, and took a couple years off after undergrad. I really believe they look at your application holistically and can weed out people applying just for the sake of applying or bc that's the typical thing to do.... bc that was me the first time around.
