Received admission decisions my mail. No information on funding what so ever

Will choose between UCSD and EPFL. Any advice?

Email from the Dept. of Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering's graduate coordinator, followed by an email from the Graduate and International Admissions Center.

TTPB who got into the Masters program with Geotechnical concentration. Sharing your stats would be highly appreciated. I am applying for the same Masters course with a Structural concentration

Admitted but not attending! Already recieved an admission to a PhD in structural engineering at the NC State!

Got an email saying that an update had been posted on the status page. Really excited.

Professor said they're looking through applications, conducting interviews. Probably a few weeks.

Discussion with professor about research in water resources

no funding

(Structural Engineering) 2 interviews with POI in August. Applied in December. Received an email today from the POI with the non-official results that I was accepted in the Ph.D. with funding. No masters. Toefl: 106. 3 strong LORs, 1 yr research exp.

Conditional acceptance that I must keep my undergrad GPA above 2.75 at the time of graduation (current CGPA is 2.82)

The difference makers for me were my Letters of Recommendation. I had worked with all three of my letter writers (two tenured professors and one professor of practice). My other boon was contacting the professor I wanted to work with ahead of time. We had a really good conversation on Zoom about her work and how I was a good fit for her group. Having a high GPA, forward-focused SoP, and research-heavy resume, etc. were all helpful, but the above two were easily the difference makers here.
