This is it… “I would consent to becoming a cook at the moment. What does it matter, after all?”

That’s all folks! 4 accepted / 7 rejected

IGNORE STATUS. Has anyone got a rejection from them yet? They already sent their offers so we are all on a waitlist.

I corresponded with a professor I had an informal Zoom conversation with in the fall who told me that I was waitlisted and that the department was only accepting one international student for this cycle. I appreciated that the professor shared this with me. It would have been helpful to know that the department was only accepting one international student before applying and paying the application fee. Additionally, I reached out to the graduate coordinator about a status update a few weeks ago and never received one. The portal still says "under review."

IELTS 8 with 2 peer reviewed publication and 4 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

Applicant from the USA. I received an email to check the portal and it was a denial. Honestly devastated because I’d had such fantastic and promising discussions with a professor but it seems like this really came down to funding. Congrats to all who got in!
