Got interviews from much better schools. Not so surprised though. BE and BME programs are so hostile towards international students.

I got a nice mail telling me I've been rejected. This was one of my top schools I was hoping for. It made me anxious. I hope my other schools come in.

So I had submitted my application on December 15 and uploaded unofficial transcript on the same day on academic history section of the BU-CAS application. Now that most of the students have been accepted/rejected, I received an email saying my unofficial transcript is missing and they need it to send my application for review. I went on BU-CAS application and my unofficial transcript was there with uploaded time (December 15). At this point I am almost certain that my application will get rejected. So Is it okay to ask for refund?

Deserved to be rejected. One POI ghosted me by not submitting the reference letter. LOW TOEFL. Will bounce back, ain't giving up.

Dear BU, I am extremely disappointed in your decision to reject my application because SOPHAS had not "verified" it. I submitted all my materials on time and explained to you the extenuating circumstances which led to my last-minute application. You don't want to favor an old student of yours, I get it. Wouldn't the death of a close family member for whom I was the primary caregiver suffice as enough reason to accommodate me? My heart is broken into a million pieces
