Has anyone heard back from rutgers? Did they send any rejects this season?

Didn't receive any notification, checked the website and I was rejected

Received their funding. Really excited!

Anyone got acceptance in april? Mine is 'no decision', it's now been 5 months, I guess they don't email to rejected students, not getting any reply as well.

Any movement / development for anyone who has applied in this program?

Was asked whether I am still interested. Will decline.

Rutgers is so terrible. They didn't even receive my materials and the rejected me. I contacted the program advisor. He accidentally said "we've accepted too many students and we won't accept any new students till 2017 fall". WTF, Then you should close the application. All they want is deceive students for application fee. I wish no one will ever apply this terrible program again.

I applied Jan 11 please let me know no decision means till which date I have to wait like till others reject or are there ppl on waitlist?

Applied for CMT. Got this rude email from secretary after emailing her a million times: "If you have received offers from other institutions you may want to accept their offer." -_-

To the person who has posted below - Sorry for the delayed response. Maybe we should take this discussion off the public forum here. Anyways, I had found out about my waitlist status when I got an email response last week from the Admissions office. I don't know how many people have received an offer or if any of the persons offered are going to decline still... Its already the 4th of April today. To answer your other questions, I will be able to study only if I get full funding. And I do not have a GRE score. I have reported my GMAT score to the school. Please share any updates that you may have and in case you get an offer anytime soon.

Glad that they rejected!! It couldn't have been better than this. Bunch of idiots

Has anyone from the waitlist been updated with an acceptance/rejection? I was waitlisted at the beginning of February and emailed last week asking; they haven't responded :/

Emailed to know about the status of my application. Reply is "You were not accepted in our first round of applicants and we are waiting to hear from those students we made offer to. I can give you more information on your application status in about 1-2 weeks."

I was waitlisted for funding but they informed me that they can't offer me any funding! :(

Today I declined my application to Rutgers. My field is HEP-th(formal) and I hope it would give a chance to other applicants...!
