- Rutgers is so terrible. They didn't even receive my materials and the rejected me. I contacted the program advisor. He accidentally said "we've accepted too many students and we won't accept any new students till 2017 fall". WTF, Then you should close the application. All they want is deceive students for application fee. I wish no one will ever apply this terrible program again.
