TTPB: I'm exactly in the same situation. I really don't believe that they're still reviewing applications, especially because they already released acceptances in early January. Did you mention to her that you also have a deadline to accept other offers? What worries me is that I saw in old posts on a forum that it is not uncommon for a few UPenn Ph.D. programs to respond after April 15th. | ||||

TTPB: I contacted Alicia Pickul from the CBE department this past week to inquire about the application status and she told me that the committee are still reviewing applications and decisions will be made by April 15th 2020. The thing is I already have an offer from another program and the deadline to reply to that offer is April 15th as well. This is so frustrating! | ||||
