- TTPB: I'm exactly in the same situation. I really don't believe that they're still reviewing applications, especially because they already released acceptances in early January. Did you mention to her that you also have a deadline to accept other offers? What worries me is that I saw in old posts on a forum that it is not uncommon for a few UPenn Ph.D. programs to respond after April 15th.
