IGNORE STATUS: Has anyone else heard back from Harvard after the Psychology Interview day? Haven't heard back yet and am trying to see if I should be worried?

Concentration in South Asian Religious Traditions. Multiple honors, summer programs, publications and heavy amounts of language training, T20 undergrad. Shitting myself.

Interviewed on Feb 3rd, received an email today from PI that I wasn't admitted. Good luck everyone else!

Congratulations to the poster who was accepted this week! When you interviewed in late January, was it with your POI or with several members of the department?

If only my last name were Anderson, Baxendale, Borden, Bright, Downer, Pennoyer, or Murphy...

I regret to inform you that you have not been recommended for admission to the Ph.D. in Education program at Harvard for the 2023-2024 academic year. While official notification will be made available by the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences later this month, we felt that it was important to provide advance communication to current HGSE students as a courtesy. The number and quality of applications this year, for the limited number of spaces available, exceeded our expectations. Consequently, we could not invite many excellent applicants to join us. We appreciate your interest in Harvard's Ph.D. in Education program and hope your spring semester here at HGSE will be both productive and enjoyable for you.

Not disappointed but not exactly shocked. It is Harvard
