(NOT A WAITLIST) Hey, Oxford said they would have an acceptance by tomorrow but I'm getting a little anxious because I've heard from other universities well before the deadline. Does anybody know the situation?

Offered a 5k entrance scholarship, in province student. Final year GPA: 4.0. Strong reference letters!

canadian, undergrad in poli sci and applied 2 years after graduation, no policy or government work experience, cgpa 3.4/4, final year 3.6/4, offered 3k entrance scholarship. all to say: did not have the odds in my favour but i really think spending TIME and ENERGY on my statement and having strong references helps!

Very flattered, but no funding so will likely have to turn it down.

Email to check portal. 3 years work experience in foreign policy at a DC think tank. What I felt were strong letters and essays, but hard to say how they'd compare to others'. I am in shock. No word on funding, but the letter says to look for an email from a fin aid counselor.

A bit disappointing, but this makes my decision on where to attend much easier!
