- canadian, undergrad in poli sci and applied 2 years after graduation, no policy or government work experience, cgpa 3.4/4, final year 3.6/4, offered 3k entrance scholarship. all to say: did not have the odds in my favour but i really think spending TIME and ENERGY on my statement and having strong references helps!
