I applied to this program with two relevant master's degrees with high GPAs (4 and 3.8), research, journalism and teaching backgrounds, no publication, according to a response from a prof who encouraged me to apply (no interview). My status never changed from "under review by graduate admission". The application fee is higher than normal(169 CAD) and the decision is announced so late. My experience says it is not reasonable to apply to this university. | ||||

If anyone got the offer from the Case Western Reserve University Social Welfare Phd program and decides not to go, please decline asap.
