- No official email said that I am on the waitlist. Emailed the Phd program director and was told that I am on the waitlist. If anyone got the offer from the Case Western Reserve University Social Welfare Phd program and decides not to go, please decline asap. It means a lot to me, this is my last hope since I got rejected from all other schools. I am suffering from nervousness and sadness for almost 2 months.
