to the poster below asking about Texas Tech, I was notified last wednesday (4/4) that I was waitlisted and would need to accept or deny my alternate position within 10 days. Last Friday (4/6) I received another email from Tech stating that I had been admitted. I never accepted or denied the alternate position, so I was kind of surprised. After countless emails and phone calls, I finally received and email back saying they will let me know as soon as possible when they know my status on the wait-list....so I guess I was waistlisted and I didnt know? This admissions process was very unorganized and not fair for many students. I have already decided on my second top school due to this problem. | ||||
