Ignore status. I've seen quite a lot of acceptances, rejections and waitlists from Notre Dame, yet i haven't heard anything from them yet, anyone else in same boat? Have had a few rejections come out a day or two after the first people get accepted, but haven't heard anything yet

I, for one, have NOT heard from Harvard, despite applying. My sense is that the Harvard posts are being used to troll. If anyone actually hears from Harvard, please make this explicit when posting your results. (Yes, I was actually rejected from Berkeley. 2a/2w/1r/10p.)

Did anyone actually hear from them or has it just been trolls

Ignore status. Has anyone heard anything?

Disregard the status. Has anyone heard back from the department or passed the interview? Is an interview a common practice in this department? (I haven’t received any invitations yet, and given that it’s already February 15th, I probably won’t.)

To the user endlessly whining about unfair treatment and faculty not embracing your clear 'genius': please, for your own sake, grow up. You are far too old to be acting like a child and dilute the experience of others here. Not all of us who make it to the best schools in the world were born with a silver spoon in our mouths. Yes, graduate admissions is unfair. Yes, faculty are biased, like everyone else is, and often wont to admit based on whom they like. You have to be both qualified and smart about how you interact with people, and based on your posts on here alone, it sounds to me like the one who dodged a bullet isn't you, but the programs that have rejected you.
