Got an email to check my status!

Emailed the department and they said official letters will be sent by this Friday. I'm still unsure about the status of my application. Fingers crossed for everyone! 1a/1r/6p.

From Iran; had several top journal and conference papers (tkde, infocom); interview with the POI last week; wish you all prosperity and love in life.

Still waiting on funding info from social sciences

For those of whom were accepted, has the School of Social Sxiences contacted you about funding yet?

Re UC Irvine funding: The letters we received were unofficial letters of acceptance. In the unofficial letter we’re told we get full funding for the next 5 years, as well as the fact that we won’t need to TA for the first year. The stipend amount we’ll have to wait to find out in the official acceptance, which we’re told we’ll get within 10 days of the unofficial acceptance.

To posters below accepted into UC Irvine, congrats! Could you share the details of your funding packages? Thanks!

Unofficial acceptance by email from POI, funding information to come in the upcoming days

To the UC Irvine posters below: Does UC Irvine send out these unofficial offers in one go or we can expect more acceptances to be sent out? I haven't heard anything from them till now so kind of worried. No email yet means rejection?
