Email to check portal for admissions decision. Funding information will come from department later.

Ignore the status, is there anyone who received any positive response.

Didn't submit all the materials so not surprised. Kind Reminder for future applicants to double check your applications since they don't respond to emails.

Unofficially waitlisted by the PI after a preliminary interview, however not invited to interview at this time.

Grad GPA: 3.95, with A in Casella/Berger Mathematical Statistics. No GRE. Graduate Research in Machine Learning and Mathematical biology.

Please ignore the status. Has anyone received any feedback from UNC's communication PhD program ? (in the dept of communication)

TTPB: There is a waitlist. I submitted my application on the 10th, and was waitlisted on the 19th by email. On the website it still says "awaiting decision."

Ignore waitlist. TTPB:- My status also says "Awaiting Decision". I'm not sure what we should say about it. Maybe they are still reviewing applications? I see one/two rejections recently, whereas a wave of acceptances were perhaps alreday sent in mid and late January. But, I do know that ther will be waitlist. Because, in the accepatance email sent by them it was written something like "if NCSU is your first preference go ahead so that we can release the waitlist. If we are not your first choice, it is helpful if you can let us know about your decision asap so that we can make offers to the waitlist". Hope it helps.

When did everyone apply that has heard back? My status says "Awaiting Decision", but im not sure if that means im on a waitlist or just yet to be rejected.

Notified by email, no interview; decisions about funding awards are to be announced in March -- so excited!!
