They sent out a good amount of acceptances, and then a wave of rejections and "we're still considering you"s on Feb. 10. The admission committee pulls people off the "we're still considering you" list and admits them based on who RSVPs to the visiting weekend.

I had three interviews with separate PoI's the week prior to admission. I was notified through a department email on Tuesday of last week, and then from Rackham a few days later.
