no test scores, interests didn't super align. oh well... 2a/1r/5p Email "I regret to inform you that the Philosophy Department at the University of Oregon is unable to grant you admission to our graduate program for Fall term 2026. Our decision was based on a number of factors, including past record, grades and test scores, letters of recommendation, potential for graduate study, and match with the interests and philosophical orientations of the faculty. As you would expect, we had a great many outstanding candidates who had extremely impressive backgrounds and qualifications. This year we considered over 170 highly qualified applicants for our MA and PhD programs. "

Email on behalf of Prof Daniela Vallega-Neu. 2a/0w/2r/8p

I actually think it’s somehow quite fair. I wasn’t prepared enough this season. I got my other results with luck. This one was a reality check. email said I might still get elected into the MA, but tbh I can’t afford it without funding. 1a/4w/2r/5p

Email on behalf of Daniela Vallega-Neu. I lost. Sort of stings a bit, but I'll go where I'm wanted. Good luck everyone! 1a/3r/1w/1p

Honestly, really grateful! Really strong program!

GPA is grad. Email from director of admissions. Also with Promising Scholar Award fellowship nomination. First result!

[IGNORE STATUS] For those of you who do not plan to accept UO's offer in light of better offers, please consider making this official. I will be forever in your debt!
