Economics, Columbia University Given that it took so long for them to notify and since so many others had already got admission offers can not say I am surprised. It is actually rankling me even though I got through other schools which have a far better theory group...

It is rankling me even though I got through other schools which have a far better theory group...They just wrote 'Rejeceted' ..what a classy school!

Social Work, Columbia University New York No offer of financial aid yet. I was told to expect an email award letter by 03/15/07. They said that they give from 2 to 10 thousand per student per semester depending on need and merit. You can apply for work study and get paid for your clinical work, which you have to do anyway. This seems pretty standard for all of the programs give or take couple thousand.
