To the poster below: Choosing a good advisor is more important than choosing filed or school. If he can help you publish a good paper and give you a strong recommendation, nothing is impossible. So try to find an advisor who are highly qualified and also want to help students.

I have offers from both, offer from UC Davis came later than others were posted, but their visit day is Monday so I would presume round 1 is done. UNC hasn't sent many it seems, got mine recently.

Fudenberg left to MIT. If you want to do theory PLEASE DECLINE the offer. Its my dream to go to Harvard.

Hey everyone waitlisted at Lehigh, I was wondering if anyone heard from the Department on the 25th when they said they would update us. Also does anyone know how large the cohort to this program is, because I have not seen so far anyone accepting a place in this program on this site.

Any news for funding decisions?

To the poster below, I haven't heard a thing yet. When I met with the program director in the fall (I live locally), he told me they admit 8-10 students every two years. I'm a tad puzzled by the fact that no one has posted an acceptance on here too. Assuming they accepted at least 8 in the first round of offers, you'd think one of them would've posted. Especially since at least three of us on the waitlist have posted & I doubt that the waitlist was as large as the accepted list.

what's wrong with their admission process? maybe they are just too lazy...i started to doubt whether it is really a good program or not.

To the poster below, thanks for the Information. I just find it a bit strange that they would set a deadline and then not send anything. This year has been really rough for a lot of schools, as they are getting record level of applications but I just wished they would keep the applicants a bit more in the loop. Still hoping for the best Lehigh is my top choice.

Still not heard any info regarding funding..

No problem! I really thought we would've heard by the 25th too, but I'm hoping that means they didn't get 100% acceptance from the first round of offers & are moving some of us from the waitlist. Lehigh is my first & only choice, so I'm really hoping things work out for us!

I ask those who have been accepted to kindly decline if they have better offers on the table. Please, please, please!
