To the poster below: As far as I know, all decisions have been made; if you haven't heard anything perhaps they made a mistake and they didn't send you anything yet. Even tough Northwestern doesn't have an official waitlist, there have been a rumors for several years that there exists an unofficial waitlist. I would mail the department if I were you.
