Note

received email from office of graduate admissions asking for my official transcripts, "program has recommended you for the next step in the application process. ". The portal says "you have an offer of admission" as well as "your program has recommended you for admission". but no direct communication from the dept after my interview (a day before this email). assuming they're waiting for the transcripts to be validated...? Everything I have heard/read indicates this as an acceptance but I honestly am still not sure, fwiw. we'll see!
