The admissions committee believes that you would be an asset to our department and that a Masters education would better prepare you for our doctoral program. We would like to offer you admission into our Masters program. If you would like to accept our offer of admission into our Master's program, please let us know and select which of our available MS programs you would like to pursue. The deadline for notification is March 1st. Regardless of your decision to pursue a Masters degree in our department, your PhD application will remain in consideration for admission. We aim to update the status by April 30th at the latest. Applications in consideration are not ranked. Applications will be continually reviewed to determine best fit for positions. However, we do not need additional information in support of your PhD application at this time. Will most probably reject the masters offer as the costs are too high. Waiting for PhD results.
