Note

(3.89 major GPA) UMD was my second choice after Cornell. However, after the egregious lengths I had to go to in order to receive my decision (2 emails one month apart and 1 call), they went to the bottom. It is absolutely, 100% unprofessional to keep applicants waiting for their initial decision until 9 days before the commitment date. Insane. Do not apply here.
