- Do not ever apply to this God forgotten Charles University (CUNI/IES) in Prague. I did, and lost both time time and application fee, although the last is meager. Their faculty and Chair of department, Dr. Kocenda, have manipulated me into submitting the application without supervisor's notice. The decision they make and evaluation matrix enclose indicates 25% and 50% of admissions score are based on supervisor's notice and research proposal approved by supervisor.
