TTPB: have you already been accepted at those schools, and trying to decide where to go? I think either Tufts or Notre Dame would be good choice for CME. If you look at the CME research activities at Dartmouth it's almost below avg. compared to other schools. But if you have any plan to switch to astronomy, Dartmouth would be a good choice -- again, this is by looking at their current research and overall departmental activities. Best of luck!
