Accepted without funding! Thie Institute really needs to sort out its priorities. It's doling out scholarships to Master's students when it does not even have enough funds to cover PhD research. It's a good practice to give scholarships for Master's studies but only when you have covered the basic administrative and research expenses such as salaries of your professors, PhDs, and non-academic staff. At present, IHEID is behaving like those dense millennials who struggle to cover their basic expenditures (say, housing rent) but spends a fortune on Louis Vitton - just for the sake of looking cool!
