- Absolutely random decision followed my email to DGS reminding about spring recess to start in two weeks and inquiring of my admission status. I am MIzzou graduate (MA in Economics) with GPA >3.6. I do not recommend the program; it is waste of applicant's time and amount of application fee. Overall, I am not with HES/PFP admission process. Their doctoral handbook described around 6 courses as the required ones that must be taken from the economics department. Those have are passed by me with A/A- grades, and I am not sure what specific criteria they are looking into.
