Undergrad from a small liberal arts college in the Hudson Valley. 3.65 GPA, 165V, 162Q, 5.5W. 4.5 years of work experience at time of application. 40% tuition wager for Master of International Affairs at SIPA. Hard to say no but decided on somewhere with full funding and stipend for quality of life reasons and to not have debt in my late 30s. 9a/1r.
