Dec 1: turn in application; Dec 12/13: e-mails from two profs asking to set up phone interviews. Had phone interviews on Dec 14- they told me it was narrowed down to 10 and that 5 would be flown out for interviews (2 people to get offers). Dec 17: phone call asking me to fly out for interview. Dec 8: e-mail telling me how to book flight. Recruitment weekend is Feb18-Feb21.
