What happens to these universities this year? If you already denied applications, why don't you inform the applicants? What the point of putting applicants in stress? Almost all the coordinator in these chemistry departments are same, "We have no answer at this moment". These universities charge application fee and don't even care about the applicants at all. I guess it is far better to stay in Israel for PhD. Have some sentiments towards applicants
