I emailed the department, and they responded today with: "If any additional offers are made, we will make them within the next few days, before the April 15th deadline for US institutions. There is no set order to the students that are on the waitlist as they will be reviewed on a case by case basis if necessary. Unfortunately no further information is available regarding the waitlist. Thank you for your patience."
