I am sorry to report that the Graduate School has denied your admission. Your undergraduate GPA was below the minimum 80% required by the Graduate School. I could write an appeal for this, but the best possible even then would be probationary admission with no possibility for financial aid. So unless you are able to pay your own way, that would not be practical.
