The competition in UCLA is very fierce and too many competitors. Even you are among the top 10 students from your country, you will still be rejected. So, you have to evaluate yourself before your application. I am absolutely top 10 students from our country. national prize, 10 years of research work with 7 journal papers and 1 book and 1 patent. Already have Ph.D in science, but my GRE is poor only 327. They told me the reason to reject me is your poor GRE. So, for UCLA, your GRE score must be above 330.If it is not ture, you better save your 100 USD
