Note

I got an acceptance email, but they said that fellowship are still being allocated. From my research, it seems that they have already exhausted all their funding. So, they are reallocating money from the candidates who turned Stanford's deal down. Hopefully, I will have notification by April 15, so that I do not have to turn down Rice, Duke or Vandy.
