  • This offer of admission comes with the understanding that you have the available finances to support your studies; and thus it comes without any initial financial support from the Department or University. If you have requested financial aid, you will be contacted separately if such aid becomes available. Now they have sent a mail for the VISA application: The Directorate of International Student and Scholar Advising (DISSA) has been notified of your admission to The Pennsylvania State University. But I did not get any mail about funding. Did any body got the information about funding?
