  • I am a second year grad student. For the students who were accepted into Lehman as well as other schools, I would make a list the pros and cons. Lehman like many other cunys have a huge emphasis on language/literacy, where students who are interested in the Medical setting will not be exposed to that population. Even the externships are limited for hospital settings. The professors are helpful, and they try to accommodate to your schedule and try to help you if emergencies arise. They also give you the option of becoming a part time student or choosing the amount of classes that you want to take. .

  • Doesn't matter anymore. The professor I was interested in is leaving and I already got admitted by my top choice: Duke University.
