  • Emailed the biology department to check on the status of my application because I hadn't heard anything, and this is the response I received: "Hello, Thank you for your interest in the University of Washington’s PhD in Biology program. Our top applicants have been invited to campus for an interview. We expect to notify all applicants of their final status by the end of February. Best wishes, MARISSA J. HERINGER Graduate Program Manager Department of Biology" Thinking that chances of being admitted are slim to none at this point! Best of luck to everyone who was selected for interviews.
