Masters Of Social Work (2 Year), University Of Toronto On March 27th, I logged into my ACRON account to see a status update of "invited" (in yellow text) on the home page along with an outstanding admission deposit (in bolded red text). Come the next morning at 9am, I received an email to check my status in the SGS portal- which is where I was able to view my official acceptance document. I have an undergrad in gerontology and health studies from McMaster University and took two years off after graduating in 2021 to get work and more volunteer experience (I work as a rec manager at a retirement home). It was my first time applying for grad programs. I feel very grateful to have this opportunity- wishing everyone nothing but luck in their application process and moving forward! Hope people find this helpful!

Anthropology, McMaster University Sent an email to the admissions office to ask about the results of my admission, and soon received an email to check the portal. Only rejection, no reason given. Very unpleasant application experience.

Psychotherapy, McMaster University Offers of admission came out on the exact same day last year, so I appreciate their consistency since it is so difficult waiting for these decisions as an applicant. For any future applicants reading this: I applied at the very beginning of November 2022, received an email inviting me to an interview January 25th, completed my interview on February 17th, and received an offer of admission on March 9th. For what it's worth: I was rejected from a few schools prior to this offer, and I started to doubt myself. This is such a tough and mysterious process -- I'm happy to answer questions if you DM me. Speech Language Pathology, McMaster University Undergrad in Child, Youth and Family Studies, minor in Psychology. Experience as an SLP-A and a placement in a school shadowing an SLP. Rejected and not offered an MMI based on S-GPA not being high enough.
